Buy or Sell 10% of KPFI Shares The management of KPFI announces that as per received letter dated 25/05/2021, Capital Markets Authority has approved to renew the right to buy or sell not exceeding 10% of KPFI shares for a period of six months from the date of approval granted on 25/05/2021. The fair value of the share is 78 fils (Seventy-Eight fils) according to the independent investment consultant’s evaluation prepared based on financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020.
