The Board of Directors have approved an organizational structure that suits the Company’s nature of activities and facilitates effective decision making and good governance. In a dynamic business environment it holds the required flexibility to adjust according to the nature and size of the business.

In particular the Company’s organizational structures ensures that:

  • Goals are specified to each business unit.
  • Functional tasks and responsibilities are specified for each administrative unit.
  • Proper policies and work procedures are put in place to execute and supervise operations.
  • Independent department has been put in place for risk, auditing, AML & CTF and compliance functions.
