Kuwait Stock Exchange announces, as informed by Strategia Investment Company, that based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 8-7-2015 and the approval of Capital Markets Authority on the optional delisting from Kuwait Stock Exchange, and pursuant to article 26 of the Capital Markets Authority resolution No. 23 of 2014 about listing system in Stock Exchange and without prejudice to item No. (5) of that article, the company’s shares will be stopped from Kuwait Stock Exchange starting from Tuesday 1-3-2016.

Capital Markets Authority approves the optional delisting of Strategia Investment Company from Kuwait Stock Exchange

Kuwait Stock Exchange announces, as informed by Capital Markets Authority, that it approved the request of Strategia Investment Company regarding the optional delisting from Kuwait Stock Exchange; where the company obtained the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly on the recommendation of the board of directors about the optional delisting at its meeting held on 8- 7-2015. Note that the free negotiable percentage of the company\'s shares is 37% of the total shares listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange. Upon such approval, the company shall comply with the procedures mentioned in section VIII of the companies’ shares listing system in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
