Kuwait pillars’ ownership increase in Markaz shares

Kuwait Pillars has increased its ownership in Kuwait Financial Center Company (Markaz) through a special trade according to the trading mechanisms approved by Boursa Kuwait Company to become it 28.3% on 14 December 2017. This reflects the confidence of our company in this investment, which is classified as an associate with its operational nature in its financial field, especially assets and wealth management since its establishment in 1974. The paid-up and issued capital is nearly KD 48 million.  For our deep belief in this sustainable investment in its field to achieve measured risk returns and revenues to the company on the short and long-term, God willing.

Buy or sell 10 Percent of KPFI shares (Treasury Shares)

The management of KPFI announces that as per received letter dated 08/10/2017, Capital Markets Authority has approved the company’s request and allowed it to buy or sell not exceeding 10% of its shares for a period of six months from the date of approval granted on 08/10/2017.
