Private placement in the capital increase by 20% Kuwait Pillars for Financial Investment Company announces the extension of invitation to its shareholders registered in the company’s shareholders list as of 28/03/2019 to subscribe to the capital increase by issuing of 60,000,000 shares at 100fils per share and without issuance premium from 12/05/2019 to 06/06/2019. In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors at its meeting # 145 held on 10/02/2019 and in accordance with the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 04/02/2018. Private placement in the capital increase by 20%   Kuwait Pillars Financial Investment Company KSC announces that the private placement in the capital increase by 20% was not completed in the previous period, which was from 21/04/2019 to 02/05/2019. Therefore, the subscription period will be extended for the company’s shareholders registered in the shareholders    register as of 28/03/2019 and the dates will be announced later.
