Based on the previous announcements regarding the sale of treasury shares, please note that the sale of 10,733,610 treasury shares has been completed to one of the Company\'s current shareholders, with value 40 Fils per share at a total value of KD 429,344,400.

Extension of the offer period for the sale of treasury shares

In order to ensure sufficient time for the shareholders and for the interests of the shareholders and equity between them in the offer to sell treasury shares.
