Construction of the Property was started in December 2017 and completed in 2021. It comprises a G+5P+18 residential apartment tower with four ground floor retail units, five levels of podium car parking (92 car parking spaces in total) and 89 residential units on the upper floors. The total built-up area of the Property is 159,840 sq. ft. with a total GLA of 86,590 sq. ft. Each floor comprises four 2-bedroom apartments and one 1-bedroom apartment with the exception of floor eight, which has four 2-bed apartments. Part of floor eight has an area designated for building services.

The expected annual yield ranged 10-12% , and the property rental process started within first quarter 2022.
